MockTail Swap, A Semi-Fungible Token

We have all heard of nonfungible tokens and their fungible counterpart, but there’s little insight on the semi-fungible type. Yet, that’s the cryptocurrency type expected to be the native of the MockTail Swap ecosystem.

Why MockTail?

There’s an abundance of De-Fi protocols, so you must wonder about the use for MockTail. Besides the platform’s DEX and yield farming products, MockTail Swap looks set to incorporate NFTs, yield optimizing vaults and NFT-based gamification.

Here’s why MockTail can challenge the greats on the BSC chain:

- NFTs are game-changing

Nonfungible tokens are currently seen in a whole new light since they came on board late last year. Since MockTail Swap will house an NFT supermarket, offering people the chance to trade these nonfungible tokens, there’s a huge possibility the platform will get massive attention once more people get to appreciate the arts of NFTs. Yes, there are many NFT markets, but that shouldn’t stop the shine of MockTail.

- Yield optimizing is a winner

Since De-Fi protocols rose to fame, people have wished they could amplify their rewards in the long term. Right now, a handful of yield optimizers are making this wishful thinking a reality. MockTail Swap intends to be one of those yield optimizing platforms. The platform will provide smart vaults that accept deposits of user assets, which are then compounded daily.

Security is one area where MockTail Swap could do better than the few yield-optimizing platforms in the BSC chain. Not many of these protocols are secure.

Recently, Value De-Fi, one of the yield optimizing platforms, got exploited. These sort of events tend to affect user confidence, and a newbie like MockTail Swap can’t afford that. So it’s great to see MockTail Swap is currently on talk with Certik to audit the protocol, and this should boost the confidence of the crypto community.

- DEX, yield farming and staking

MockTail Swap’s decision to have staking pools, DEX and farming pools might not seem like a big deal for many, but it’s bound to influence the performance of the platform. Users don’t have to go elsewhere for all their DeFi needs. You can swap tokens on the MockTail Swap, stake and farm MOK on the protocol.

- Truly decentralised

To manage its different products and services, MockTail Swap will use semi-fungible tokens, taking a different step from the regular cryptocurrencies that are the fuel for other De-Fi platforms.

Through its ERC-1155 semi-fungible token, MOK, users can become decision-makers of the ecosystem. This is the case as one SFT can be used to control other tokens. It’s a complicated process that involves the use of smart contracts. And MockTail Swap is bringing this technology to the BSC chain.

Final Thoughts

MockTail Swap is an AMM that’s bound to shake up the De-Fi space on the BSC chain. Surely, the protocol sticks to its roadmap and delivers on the expectations of possible investors. If that happens, things will get interesting on the Binance Smart Chain.
